  • Handle all proper paperwork with regards to the law in real estate transactions
  • Actively seek to strive for excellency and find the best options for all clients

Receptionists

  • Maintain steady control over front office calling lines
  • Forward all corresponding telephone inquiries regarding property listings to agents
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Identify and understand client needs and connect them proceedingly to a Bold Real Estate agent
  • Oversee traffic control over the Bold office and guide all parties to the proper destination

Accountants

  • Oversee proper distribution of resources to brokers, agents, and clients
  • Ensure all monetary issues for entire Bold Realty Corp. are correctly issued and placed
  • Handle Bold Realty Corp. company operational expenses in regards to office matters and expanding office matters
  • Log all transactions and create balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Web Designers

  • Oversee Bold Realty Corp. blog, site updates, and online branding
  • Oversee traffic generation, web design and updates
  • Create new listing description pages for new sale or rental listings
